CURRENT Interaction design/product leadership/user experience at Bright & Matt. Currently working with Home Office Digital Services. Have worked with Ministry of Justice Digital Services, Potato/Google, Hugo & Cat/Royal Mail/IKEA, EMC/Barclaycard, Intel/Amazon/Facebook, The Guardian Media Group. Recent work delivering government digital services and strategy (external and internal), corporate UX strategy, transformation lead, product design, mobile apps, tablet/iPad apps, netbook OS, open source design community and various network/communities/personalisation projects.

UX DESIGNER/IA, LAB49 LONDON 2009-2010: Projects include design and build of capital markets trading applications in Flex, Silverlight, HTML5 and introducing UX design principles into banking cultures.
